Hi! I’m Taylor, a mom of two little boys, striving to create healthy recipe that they will actually eat.
As the founder of the blog greens & chocolate, I have always had a passion for cooking, but when kids came into the picture, I felt overwhelmed. How do I cook for my growing family? How much do they actually need to eat? And how do I get them to eat food that is actually good for them and not just gobs of Goldfish crackers and mac and cheese?! Over the years I have learned a ton about what works for us, and how to cook for my kids without cooking them an entirely different meal than my husband and I eat.
I started The Healthy Kids Table as a way to share healthy and delicious recipes that my kids actually love and eat. I also share healthy swaps, strategies that I use to introduce my kids to new foods, and our general philosophy of balance (not perfection!) when it comes to creating a healthy family table. The dinner table doesn’t need to be stressful!
I’m so happy you’re here for this journey and would love to hear any questions or comments that you have. Feel free to email me at thehealthykidstable@gmail.com!
